  • Ticklemouse, I am so sorry. x

Today I am at work. Have to drop the kids to childcare. In the holidays I only actually 'earn' £10 per day after I have paid for the kids for the day in daycare. Nevermind though eh. They are safe & I have a job. :)

Load of washing in the TD. Another load ready to go on when we are all dressed.

Will defrost somw sausages for tea. The kids & DH can have casserole. Dunno what I will have. Sometimes its arkward being a veggie, lol!

Saw Charlottes Web yesterday. The kids loved it. It was quite sickly sweet iyswim, how Americans like to make films.

    Take care all

    love Lisa x
  • good morning all. Hugs to everyone that isn't feeling to good, or would just like one.

Just swept under the sofa's in the lounge - yuck !!! It's probably been 2 years since we've had the sofa's and probably that long since they've been moved and the fluff and dust from underneath removed. I also dug out the jigsaw that was on a board under one of them and put it on the table, maybe that way it'll get finished. Also discovered my missing comics in the box that was still down there, so that should mean I have a full set which probably makes them easier to sell.

Busy day at work today, but thankfully I've managed to off load some of my work onto someone else :) I'm hoping to clear the backlog of little things, but the more I get through the more that turn up.

The BF thinks I'm getting obsessed with cleaning probably cos neither of us have cleaned this house properly or regularly since we moved in, but moggins list is keeping it nice and tidy. Thankfully I learnt a long time ago that everything needs a home otherwise it just turns into clutter, now just need to sort through the clutter that's hidden away in drawers and cupboards.

Right, off to work for me (need to get petrol on the way), have a good day everyone.

    Morning all!

Gosh, I am shattered! Just popping on here quickly today, might be on later for a little bit but have a few things to do first....

*Take pup to the vets (he's getting 'done' today... I'm so scared!!)
    *Go to M&S
*Buy a ream of plain white paper for printing... OH has emailed the residents assocs lawyers (yes it has gone that far-if they threaten us with court though, pup will be off to my Nans... I'm so worried he'll fall out of love with us though as he will stay there until we move to a house..l. hopefully by theend of the year but you never know...) but am worried that as it says 'in writing' they will dismiss the email, so am going to print out the letter and get that to them asap too....arghhh!
*Pick up some dishwasher tablets, as we are getting ours delivered and fitted tomorrow!! So excited!
    *Counselling
*Hopefully pick pup up after counselling

Had better go get ready before I zonk off to sleep again! When I see the GP on Friday and he asks why I haven't doubled my dosage yet, I'll tell him that I actually have things to do and can't get zombified!

    Right, had better get dressed!

    Morning All

Well I have bounced today, usually doesn't take me long. Slept right through to the alarm 5.45 am, which is unusual. No time to post before leaving home. So I am adding a quick one now, and will try to read the posts later.

Have a lovely holiday Lorriane, don't spend too much just because it is cheap over there!!:j :j

To everyone else, hope today is better, hugs to anyone who'd like one. Only three more get ups to the weekend.

    ¡Hasta pronto!
    DG

Edited to say: Thinking of you Ticklemouse, glad you are looking at the positives, but we know it will be hurting too, and probably has been for a while.

    Good morning all

    Ticklemouse - that is sad.

    Good luck Gingham Ribbon

Amie - have a great time. Mmm Chilli in Gasparillas at the Grand Floridian.

Kids running around downstairs - ostensibly getting dressed. DD and I need to go to Newcastle today, we'll get the metro cos DH has the car. I need to get a valentines card. I'm not really into valentine day (never have been) but DH likes it. I'd rather he showed me he loved me when he wasn't prompted by a massive marketing ploy. Cynical, moi?

Other than housework that's the lot for the day.

    Take care all.
