morning :hello:
had awful cold all weekend but seems to have gone today
dark and dismal outside with big patches of snow still around
off to work soon and quite excited as today is my first full clinic :j
the thing I'm most nervous about though is dictating into the dictaphone

Morning all.
I'm having a bit of a pants time at the moment so you probably won't see me around too much until I have kicked off this emotional squall. I will make the effort to post on the Flylady Thread though so don't panic too much girls.
Everything just seems like too much effort at the moment.Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

Morning all.
Weather is horrible hereBut I guess won't be a big deal as I'll be at work all day. Did hardly anything that I was going to do yesterday, so no shephard's pie for dinner tonight. Did list some books on Amazon and sold one of them already - yay.
Haven't been at work since wednesday so I dread to think what's waiting for me when I get there. We're short staffed at the moment as it is and one of the guys is leaving at the beginning of next week.
Have a great day everyoneDebts: Mum £3923 0% APR0 -
Morning everyone. I feel like iv been up hours!! Already been to cash point and shop to buy gas and milk!! Im really impressed by how warm we have stayed this weekend without having the heating on, infact i am going to go and change the timer in a minute and just have it on for a hour at bathtime.
Dh and ds3 have gone to take car to dealers to be sorted and they are walking back, mainly because i dont like driving dh car and the other 2 boys still in bed and we all dont fit in dh car only room for 5 in there!!LOL.
Plans for today, get organised, with the kids off school and dh off work ill (although he had hoildays booked for today and tommorow) iv lets the housework slip, so big sort out today.Need to meal plan then will shop tommorow.
Hope you all have a great day
Donna

You'll be fine, just make sure you speak clearly, as a secretary one thing that helps when doing audio is that the dictation is clear. Also before each letter / notes / clinic give the date, this helps us too.

Morning all
Miserable in this bit of Kent too - but at least it's fairly mild. Had all the doors and windows wide open for an hour yesterday morning for a blow through - house smelt so much fresher for it - will try and dodge the showers and do it again this morning.
We had to pop out to get a few bits yesterday - clothes for DD2 - she's as tall as DD1 now and grown out of all her clothes - real ankle swinging trousers moment - DD1 hasn't grown out of hers tho so can't pass things down.....DD2 is also slightly bigger round the waist and everything that DD1 owns has been taken in to fit as she's such a skinny thing. I'd seen some bits at the outlet centre near here but as they were "barbie" logod I wasn't sure if DD2 would be impressed (barbie not being her fav thing) but we went for a look-see and managed to get 2 pairs of jeans, 2 t-shirts and a lovely fleecy jumper all mathcing for £11  I like bargins like that.
Splurged out a whole £9.97 on a new duvet in Mr T's too - ours was a 15tog one passed to us from family as they couldn't get on with it - we've tried but it's so heavy that it makes you feel trapped....I though £9.97 for a 13.5 tog kingsize was a bargin and it was lovely to sleep under.
Did the weeks shop at Lidl, stocking up on all the things of theirs I like - managed to get some huge long pillow cases (for their body pillows) - jersey fabric with full length zips (about 5 ft long) - a pair for £3.99 - so got 3 lots and filled with beanbag balls for instant no sewing required bean bags for DDs...doubled up on the cases so that the top one can come off for washing.....3 huge bean bags for £27 - bargin!
Anyway - I'll stop waffling now - Half term for DD's - no plans for today as they're both bunged up with colds, so a pj day with plenty of hot drinks!
Have a great one all.

morning guys!
I finished all my ironing yesterday!
1st day of 1/2 term here.
I am working Tues/Wed/Thur so am taking the kids to the cinema today. Taking my niece & nephew as well. We are going to see Charlottes Web. My sis got some sweets from the shop yesterday. We do not pay the cinema prices.
My kids are getting dressed. DS is dracula  And DD is a fairy princess. :rotfl: Not quite what I had in mind for them to wear!!!
Gave the bathroom a deep clean yesterday so will swish & swipe daily to keep up with it.
Better go for a shower now.
Take care all & (((hugs))) to those in need
