(((((((((((((((((((((huge hugs)))))))))))))))) to Shez and Bargain RZL.
I gave my self a huge talking to (in my head of course, I don't want anyone to think I am really crazy) on the way to school. It's no point me getting depressed at being the only one who does anything around here, things aren't going to change. I just have to give myself a big kick up the backside and get on with it.
It doesn't help that I am just not sleeping with the worry about these operations. I did try telling DH that I didn't want to go ahead with the reconstruction but it was obviously something that he didn't want to hear as he just brushed it aside and changed the subject.Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

Hi everyone
huge (((((((((((((((((((((((hug))))))))))))))))))))))))) for everyone who needs them today.
I am off to spend loads of money. Getting both boys' feet measured for new shoes, then off to Asda to stock up as we have DS2's birthday party on Saturday and his blessing on Sunday with lunch here afterwards.
Managed to get the Complete TWG from the library, it is about to fall apart and will be taken off the shelves soon but they won't keep my name and tell me when they do so. I would so *love* to get the library's copy for £1, it somehow seems wrong to spend £10 on a copy! (though if I get my free £25 from the Amazon credit card, that's what I'm going to buy)That man is richest whose pleasures are cheapest. Henry David Thoreau0 -

Morning All
((Hugs)) to those feeling down at the moment
Off work today and tommorrow to spend some quality time with my rapidly growing up DD, unfortunately shes got another cold (grr nursery) and we spent our qualtity time in the middle of the night now she is still asleep.
Anyhow will get on in a minute and do some jobs, house is tidy as dd was at grandmas most of yesterday but the fridge has a rather funny wiff to it so I'll give that a clean now.
Later on I think we will go and blow the cob webs away with a trip to see the baby horses (shetland ponies) round the corner. Cant do anything that requires money as we are already in our OD and DH doesnt get paid for another 8 days, hoping that the CB and CTC will be going in tomorrow but I cant remember. Update just checked the bank statement and it is tomorrow thank god
Have a good day everyoneSorting my life out one day at a time0 -

I so know how that feels. The feeling of doing everything, being responsible for everything, it really makes me feel so down sometimes and I just sit and do nothing (hence the messy house) It all weighs so heavy doesn't it? My husband is blind but was always very independant, has a fulltime job. When the kids were small he used to do lots in the house or play with the kids so I could do a few things but now it's a different story. I have those talks to myself: it won't change so get on with it...
Moggins, hope you take comfort to know that you have helpt me lots with the flylady thread.. Having a goal for the day (even just cleaning) gives me a focus and the chats on here are great too, knowing you are not alone.
Make him listen!! Your feelings are important and if you don't want an operation, or not sure if you do you have to talk to someone..0 -
Had a restful day yesterday
Went for a drive and had a viewing on Saturday.
Tried to eat in two restaurants but they were so cold - is this another cost cutting exercise?
The third one was great:)
Fairly restful but feel stagnant - nothing seems to be happening. Selling houses is so booooring.
Breakfast
M&S Blackcurrant, Pomegranite and Grape Juice - got free with the vouchers
Bran flakes and cornflakes
Lady Grey Tea
Lunch - Whatever I can find
Dinner
Steak, Brocolli, red pepper and garlic bread
Might make a chocolate cake in the bread maker - got a Betty Crocker one thats way out of date - hope it's OK - still trying to clear the cupboards. An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

Sending you some supportive and warm thoughts!
January and February are not the best months for feeling positive and sunny are they, without anything else adding to them.
moggins, if you are really undecided about the surgery, then could you postpone it? It's your body, if you don't want to do it, then don't. And if I am way out of line saying this, feel free to smack me!
Halfterm here. We visited my parents and also sister and family yesterday, so the children are tired, ratty and badtempered. We've already had three tantrums because I'm on the computer! I'll probably banish them to their bedrooms, and then must get on with some Flying, as I cannot find any motivation this morning! It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0
