    Thanks in advance:D

I'm awfully sorry, but I can't find it on the website. If you can post me all the nutritional info on the pack (I need cals/protein/fat/carbs all per 100gm and the pack size) I'll have another go.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

hello everyone! I fell off the wagon and broke all my arms and legs at the food show. There were something 600 exhibitors there though - all giving out samples. I got a lovely sample of a tea flower - they're all the ragein lonon apparently. It's green tea leaves that are shaped into a ball. When you put them in a glass of hot water not only do they make nice tea but they open up and have flowers in them! I'm not even going to relate the other stuf I tried as I will end up feeling guilty about it and I really enjoyed myself so i don't want to do that. Day one today and feeling positive. Just read back through the posts over the last couple of days and hello to all the new people. I broke into a cold sweat just thinking about GPUK's 35 4 year olds. not nice at all. HDAW i hope you are having fun with your juicer. Get a slow cooker next, they are the best! Jojil, I noticed consultant poste the details about the KFC - I still have it but it has to be on a red day and i just have a couple of pieces of chicken and a pot of gravy to myself. I find that I still enjoy it just as much, perhaps more so as I don't get hte guilt feeling afterwards. But there's something about KFC - when you want it you've got to have it.

lol, despite all my intentions i went shopping instead with my three year old and we bought shoes and a anorak thing for her!!! does adrenaline shot from bargain shopiing count as excersise? I did walk the long way home from school though with the dog, and then back down to drop her off as she is in afternoon nursery, so off now to have a cup of tea before i pick them back up! but I have stuck to the diet and fully intend to all week!!

ok lois i shall report weigh in on wednesdays from now on, but i'm afraid that i wont be able to weigh in this week as i have been feeling really ill (sore throat, glands up, headache etc) and so been sleeping lots and not going to the gym (where the scales are!). I havent been too bad this week food wise though, so i expect i have maintained.

Very wise and inspiring words consultant thank you, i will try to remember to be my own best friend and not give myself a hard time when i fall off the wagon.

Welcome newbies, hope you find this thread as helpful and supportive as i have/do.

right, back to bed for me...luckily i have a laptop and an essay to keep me occupied and away from the comfort food, and so my day is at least a little productive!!

Just got back from the London eye school trip (46 kids, 2 classes!!) it was brilliant apart from the severe icy winds:D So cold we came back early so the kids could sketch the eye in their warm class rooms....really has turned bitter....

Took my own tuna salad trying to put my head down and not notice what all the kids had but spent ages opening Kit kat wrappers, bags of crisps, taking tin foil off sandwiches, handling sausage rolls, so dealt with a lot of food today but did not eat any...how good is that!!:D

Well I just got back from town as I had to buy new shoes for work and decided to treat myself to a really nice top that was in T K Maxx (bargain too!) that is a tad snug and I have hung it in my bedroom to remind me why I am dieting. If I am tempted, I am going to go and look at my new top and imagine how cool I will look in it when I have lost one or two pounds (or three or four....):T

I always find school trips a bit of trial, especially when the children are offering you one of their crisps or biscuits. It helps that I am our Healthy Schools Co-ordinator so the kids just think it's part of my job description to be eating carrots and cucumber sticks :D
