Good idea skysky it's always handy to have something nice to try on in a weak moment to give you an incentive boost! I have a pair of jeans i could get into about 3 1/2 years ago and if that doesn't work i grab some grapes and apple slices and do my nails or something....anything!
Consultant cheese per 100g kcal = 311 , protein = 28.6g, carb = 0.1g

Hi Gpuk - I had a quick look on the SW website for you using this information. It also asks for portion size so I put in 30g
30g will be 4 1/2 syns on green or original
50g will be 8 syns
Hope that helps, sorry consultant, I just happened to be looking something up then came on here so it was easy enough to go back into it.0 -

Hi All
Well I haven't been weighed tonight after all. DH is not coming home as he's ran out of driving hours.
I'm gutted as it's my consultants last week as she's emigrating to Fuerteventura so we were having a bit of a farewell do for her.
Oh well maybe by next week I'll have got rid of this cough and get my stone award then.

Hi all:hello: especially the newbies,
Weigh in tomorrow, still worried after my KFC (did I say I had some of the rolo icecream that came with it too:rotfl: ) have been good rest of week tho.
Made a veg curry tonight for first time ever and even OH says it was nice:D
Oven still not working, guy coming friday so OH has to sit in and wait as I have my Word Processing class. Hope they fix it straight away...
Well done losers, hard luck those who put on, we all have had weeks like that, and sometimes it makes no sense at all which is so unfair.
Have been to gym twice this week so hopefully that will have helped.

Thanks Honey - and sorry Gpuk, not been home from work long. I find that using strong, mature cheddar, you can get away with using much less, (a HE worth) especially if you're grating it for the top of a dish.
Off for an early night, didn't sleep well last night :wave:I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
evening all :hello:
i'm surfing to try & stay away from food - again :rotfl:
had soup for lunch & dinner was leftovers (chicken, potato, parsnip & some mushrooms) but by the time i got to it was nearly cold, suppose i could have put it in the micro but was so hungry i just ate it, but didnt really enjoy it
i had a bag of maltesers while watching telly with DD - they were yummy but now i have a chocolate taste i want more :EasterBun
OH is away with work so nobody to keep me on the straight and narrow think i will be on the net all night at this rate, at least if i'm typing i cant be eating
