Welcome to a new thread everyone.:wave:
I've been talking to honey28 and we both thought that the old thread was getting a bit long in the tooth.;)

Why not join LOIS LANES 2lb WEIGHT LOSS CLUB with its weekly weigh in. The chart is updated every Monday evening so be sure to post your losses (or gains :eek: ) Check Lois Lane's post #15 on this thread for the updated chart.
Our Losing Weight Recipe Collection can be accessed here – please do add any low fat recipes that you may have.
We’ve also a challenge of Lose 5lbs by 5th March. Just let us know that you are part of it.

wow! looks like i'm the first poster!!
catmeister, yep, five a day fruit and veg. I wans't gonna set up a chart or anything, just post everyday how mnay i managed. And i agree with you abouth te water, my skin is soooo much better for it.
bit p%$££d off today. OH mum and dad are having a new kitchen fitted so i offered to feed them 1 night next week. I said tuesday but then OH said he was at a meeting and wouldn't be home till gone 2100. So he phoned them last night and moved it. to wednesday. valentine's day!! not that big a deal i know but for the past 2 years i've worked nights so we've never had 'had' valentine's day. looks like it'll be on thursday this week. which messes up my eating plans as i'm already going out for lunch tht day. sigh.0 -
well im back on track today after my disastrous attempts at dieting yesterday, i even cooked my oh a fried brekfast this morning and didnt have any myself! hows about that for willpower
have still got to rummage around in my freezer for something low cal for tea yet, it is difficult cooking 2 or sometimes 3 different evening meals a night for the 3 of us as my oh doesnt "do" healthy food but im just about surviving with all the washing up :rolleyes: how does everyone else cope with cooking different meals in the evening?

Hi all
Im Allie, 26 and have decided to make this thread my 2nd home LOL
Id love to join your 5llbs by Match 5th Challenge.
Im sitting at 5 foot 2 and 12 stone 1 at the moment and id like to get that down to about 10 stone
Thi is for health reasons which im sure once im into the swing of things on here I shall share with you but also as I want to be able to go in a shop and find clothes that really do fit me and look nice.
Im not really following any plan. Have done WW before and even a bit of SW which totally confused me so im now doing it the Allie way
Exercise is a real problem for me as I have a bad back from a failed epidural and also I work till midnight most night. The mornings I spend with my little girl whos 2 and is just the oposite to me shes tiny.
I look forward to helping you all when I can and getting to know you all through what I imagines going to be a rough journey. We really all can do it!
Now for my 1st question. i eat a loy of tinned fruit. This had 2 weights on the pack a net and drained weight. I dont drink the juice just munch the fruit. So do I eork out how many calories are in the drained weight or the net as the net includes the juice.
Lastly ok im red now I dont seem to be 'going' as often as I used to sort of every 3 days if im lucky. Is this a result of the diet and can anyone give me any tips on making myself more regular?
