Happy Mothering Sunday to those of you celebrating and enjoy your treats if you've been bought anything edible, it won't be the end of the world.
I had my mother down for lunch as is usual (she's 81) but I cheated and bought some of those Tesco Naturally Good Food - Beef in Chianti with roasted potatoes, as she can't eat large meals and it was good for me too as they were only 340 cals, so I won't be undoing all the hard work done so far.katiepoppycat wrote: »here's a link for the csi fans

The first entry on the page is a CSI miami skit. It really needs sound to be funny. Weebl and Bob are very amusing anyway but can b a bit obscure and toilet focussed. This is genius.
Thanks Katiepc, that was brill. I love spoof stuff, oh! Horatio you will never be the same now, I thought you put your shades on to look sexy but in truth it's because you have stink eye!!. They remind me of anyone who is Canadian in South Park, which I absolutely love.
Don't worry about how or what you've been eating Suggs, I bet you'll have done better than you think, what with all the rushing about and stuff. I shall watch with interest over the coming few weeks to see how you go, for the simple fact that you will now have Mrs Suggs to prepare all your meals (well I assume so) because I am of the opinion that if I didn't have to pepare meals I would find things a lot easier as temptation would not be close at hand.
Beanielou, I haven't seen sugar free jelly in cubes, but I buy the Tesco own brand sugar free jelly twin sachets which cost 56p. I find they dissolve better and taste just as good.
xxxxI wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latterbut my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

Happy MD to everyone:D Had a huge argument with H as he said that yes we could go out but not to undo all the hard work I had put into this healthy eating plan I had to go to the Harvester for the salad or get a jacket potato etc from somewhere else....basically I have been on this 11 weeks come wednesday and never not once cheated and wanted a day off that did not involve all this scrutiny of what goes into the mouth....:rotfl: :rotfl:
So nothing has that should not have done:D
To go out and not have something I am not allowed....well I can stay here and eat it so I did;)
Can see his point obviously(H said two things that make sense 1) eating as I wanted to do today had got me into this blubber mess in the first place and 2) cheating/giving up/indulging only prolongs how long this weight loss will take so there is no point .... but one day would not have harmed it that bad;) Anyway my healthy eating plan is protected because we now have a huge hump between us:rotfl: :rotfl:0 -
