    Hi Everyone

Have been keeping up with the thread, what a lot of interesting and inspiring posts some of which I will come back to another day as I am rather busy (well no really! I just can't seem to organise myself like you clever lot and I've got myself into a right tizzy about absolutely nothing :o ) You all go at such a cracking pace that by the time I've formed a view on anything you are all motoring way ahead, I'm still coming to terms with the loss of the Titanic!!. Can one of you advise me please how you can quote from two separate posts in one reply please?

My main purpose here though is to say :A to Suggs, what an epic post. I've read it a few times Suggs and feel rather guilty about having originally asked you about your story, it must have taken you ages, but it is truly inspiring and what a success you are. I know what it's like re breakdown and the resultant depression, it's hard to explain to people how it can make you act in ways that seem odd to them but quite logical to us.

Why do we all beat ourselves so hard??? You have said some very wise things about us all being different etc. etc. and it is good here to be able to listen to all the various advice but to choose what we feel we need to help us as individuals.

I hope that you have been throwing out (or donating to charity shops) your clothes that are now too big; once when I lost weight I kept one skirt "as a reminder" only to be wearing that same skirt two years later after the weight piled back on. So the last time I got down to target I threw out all my old kit, and it saved me from getting too large, because my clothes could only stretch so much (the teeth on the zips were grinning:D :D )

Congratulation about Mrs Suggs and good luck for this weekend, remember that she fell in love with you as you were, and has shared you journey.

I was going to give you this :kisses3: but DD has read your story so have this instead from both of us :kisses: .

By the way Retirdelady was quick off the mark about her declaration of love, faster than a rat out a drain pipe :rotfl: must be all the gym work paying off.

    xxxx
I wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latter :p but my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

For MD how do I make low fat gravy and the roast potatoes WW or SW friendly? Is it just less oil or do I use frylight?:D

I reckon the lean meat and veg is fine (no yorkshires) but I love roasties and gravy so trying to think of ways to do it healthy eating friendly:D

Victory - I do my roasties the same as the SW chips - peel and par boil potatoes. Spray a baking tray with fry light and then spray the potatoes too. You may need to respray again at intervals. They turn out lovely. I dont like gravy so cannot help you there - although bovril is used a lot in SW recipes - could you use this? Failing that, a little gravy, if its what you want, wont hurt too much. :D

Day 1 for me, I guess.

I had one of those evening last night, ex called and the resultant conversation concerning the kids really dragged me down.

So while I was cooking sweetcorn, rice and fish. I ate 6 yes six slices of buttered toast. Ok I had been down the gym and done 977calories, and only had some pasta and chicken during the day. (no breakfast!) so maybe some damage limitation there.

How about a shower or bath, or even do your nails to keep you occupied and away from the cupboards?
