    Hi All
I can't do much exercise because I have a bad back, bad wrist and really painful feet. Last year I bought a no impact strider and I just wanted to report that I have done 5 mins 2 days in a row. I know it's only tiny tiny baby steps to exercise but it's another start for me and by reporting it here I will want to be able to report progress later on.

    Well done Cotsvale :j

5 mins may not seem that much, buts its a great start and trust me we all start somewhere :-) 5 mins on the Cross Trainer was more than I could do when I first went back to the gym last year.

Look forward to reading about your progress.

    Hi all :hello:

well i put 1lb on again  am yo-yo ing   is my own fault but i think my healthy eating is going to have to change into a diet or i'm not going to get anywhere fast  the thing is fast wasnt really a problem before but i want to drop 4 dress sizes (at least) by this time next year, possible  what do you reckon

me & OH got engaged about a year ago & were going to wait til 2009 before getting married but have decided not really any point waiting another year so going to look at booking somewhere for june 2008 :grinheart but i refuse to get married again at this size i want to look gorgeous & slim in the dress i want, not fat & have a dress that i bought just cos it fits :o

so day 1 tomorrow, not sure if i should follow sw or ww both have worked in the past but i was never much good at sticking to red & green long term also think i need to deal with my portion size

am booked in for salsa dancing at the gym tomorrow & will book for aqua aerobics on Thurs when i go for salsa (as can only book 2 days in advance)
intend to be on here everyday hopefully to keep me on the straight & narrow!!

fingers crossed for a loss next week

Hi all, maintained this week which I'm really happy about as I throughly enjoyed my food last week as well as do lots of exercise whilst I was away at a spa. I have one of those body fat measuring scales and it states that my fat percentage has decreased so that time spent in classes and on the toning tables did the trick!!

Well done to all losers/maintainers, chin up for next week for those that gained. xx
