Are you being good and staying away from the biscuits and chocolate. Been at my desk all day but just about to take of for 3 days in the West County. It is all work but will be nice as my friend is coming with me.

Been quite good foodwise but don't know how I will fare after cooked breakfast and meals out. Next week is a nightmare too as I'm away again.

Lovely and sunny here would love to go for a walk but can't due to work. I also look forward to Suggs epic and if you feel it is too much in one go you would always post it in instalments.

Lois I agree we have not heard much from you how are you doing?

Happy Birthdays everyone who's been celebrating! Hope your enjoying your cake!!

Just got back from the gym, i've lost another 1.5 lb so i'm feeling quite pleased but i really want to do better!! I've only just got into the routine of going to the gym (2nd week, going 3 times a week, but was ill on monday so doesn't really count i suppose. it's hard to stick to this timetable!) and it's taken me a while to branch out onto all the equipment, so hopefully soon i'll be a pro and i'll have worked out what's best for me.

So Lois if i'm not too late please can you add my 1.5lb loss to the chart? if not i'll wait til monday and add the new total. Thanks.

    Right, time for luch methinks!!

    Have a fab week everyone!

Bilmey sounds like I have two challenges then.

    1. The Easter Bunny Challenge, 5lb by Monday 2nd April :icotbaske
    2. Write my story Challenge and not bore everyone in the process :)

I wonder which one will be the harder job to do?

suggs yep that's the one. i must have been so bad in a former life, but I listen (or go when I can afford to) every game...:rotfl: then i scream, rant, rave and eat lots of chocolate:D

I never input info on the machines at the gym, I just start on quick start and put it to the level I want. It is probably time to go up a level tho:o Do please post your story when you get chance cos you have done so well.

Cant beleive there are so many of us living so close together:D

Missed the gym today cos my back went when I was decorating yesterday and had a bad night, so darent risk it. Feeling a bit better now but will prob give it a miss tomorrow too as I darent push it too far.

I have ECDL tomorrow afternoon anyway so will just stick to that.

Honey2B have you seriously maintained for the last 12 weeks? If so, I would say definitely change your diet, and get a full medical check up to check that there aren't any underlying problems... Dashing off now but your post really stuck out so thought I'd pop my thoughts...
