Is the fry light supposed to bubble up white? I seem to use too many squirts, gave up and used olive oil instead (not my dinner but for H).... got H on light sugar without him knowing, St Ives lowest fat spread ,wholemeal bread and last night he pulled his trousers out like they do in the nimble bread ad and said 'what is all this about?' See, it works:D

My kids can't get enough Ryvita and crackers anyone know of any deals on them as I am soon going to have to take out a loan to pay for them the amount they eat:rotfl: :rotfl:

I used to keep telling them off saying that it was my food to eat as they could eat anything but that and the sugar free jelly etc was for my healthy eating plan but now they like it all so much I am going to just buy it as the normal grocery week:D

Yes it does look white. Don't worry, it's free to use as many squirts as you need. The only rule is that you don't screw off the top and pour it out:rotfl:

Well done Katmad, your efforts will soon show results :j

Tallgirl, not to worry - day one tomorrow!!

Well done on the weight loss.

Where do you live (and KatiePC)? I'm only about 5 miles from Glasshoughton and am going there tomorrow to look for some Crocs.

    Hi all :o
not sure i should show my face her given what i'm going to/have eaten today

breakfast - apricot crunchies & skimmed milk
lunch - ham salad box from buttie shop & nutrigrain bar

ok so far but instead of the spanish chicken i'd planned i went to asda & got curry :o and beer

so far had mini chicken tikka kebabs, mushroom pakoras & mini mushroom bagjis - got beef madras & naan bread for later also got 3 bottles of ale each :embarasse

i know i shouldnt eat/drink it all and posting on here makes me feel bad (i nearly didnt but OH said i had to) but it's been such a long week & DD was so upset yesterday it took me ages to calm her down & that really takes it out of me & i come home to find she's in trouble again & i don't think she really understands why let alone what it is she's done

so ... i'm going to eat my curry & drink my beer and hope that having been good (well good in my book ;) ) will make up for it.

    have a good weekend all

I live betwen Hemsworth and Ackworth. Ain't it a small world?

They sell Crocs in Blue Salamnder in Xscape apparently. I like my feet to be comfy these days but feel like I ought to try them on before buying since the fitting is "different" I understand.

Beanie, what style have you got and how did you choose the size (daft question perhaps!!)
