HI all
Does anyone know a good recipe or way to cook red cabbage??? All I can think to do is boil it and I know there are lots more adventurous (? sp), flavourful ways:o
Looked on SW website yesterday for syns for Ragu red lasagne sauce, couldnt find it so put in nutritional info and it came back at 46syns:eek:
I'm sure that can't be right...
Had a good day so far but those M&Ms are still in bl**dy fridge staring at me every time I open it:rotfl:
On the subject of gorgeous men, I love the guy from Greys's Anatomy ( the main one who is her dreamy) but I can't remember his name. Only just discovered CSI in last few months so have taped every episode I spot on SKy+:D

*sneaks in*
Hello all! It's been 3/4 months since I've posted but just wanted to say hi to anyone who's still around.
Vegas is awesome but the move has been long!
I've also managed to put on about a stone since I last posted with the stress of things and the darned junk food out here! Re-started the diet on monday though and have gotten back to making the old recipes (had C31's curry for the last 2 nights, yum) and already feel much better for doing so!
Sorry that this is one of those 'post and runs without actually reading what everyone else has been up to' posts. Hope you'll forgive me and hope that you're all doing as marvellously as you were when I last was here.
Hello to all the new people who don't know me and think I'm being over familar!0 -
Hi Jeni  Well, hows married life in Vegas - good to hear from you and hope you are enjoying it out there (only the tiniest bit jealous - yeah right!) If you need anything from the SW website give us a shout!
Take Care
Jo - I make red cabbage and apple and its lovely. I finely slice the cabbage and approx 3 apples, put them in a pot, cover with a little water - I think I add a tablespoon of sweetner, cant remember ! and basically just let it steam until its cooked. Sometime if I want a bit of bite with it I add a spash of balsamic vinegar and its all free on SW :T0 -
Sorry to hear of Karrens & Victory's news.
Take care both of you

Hi all. Went to click the Thanks button for your post at 4.48pm Honey and it's disappeared!!!!!!!
You can have 42gms of Weetabix Crunchy Bran and they're very nice (don't know if this is the one you were looking for).
We only got a part-time assistant in the wedding shop who didn't know what to say to us, so nothing got sorted. The dress they sent is nice, but it's not the one they chose, so we're going to have to get the bridesmaids together I think and try to see what can be done - it's all too much at the moment, I feel as if I wish I could run away and not come back.
Beanielou, I'm sorry you didn't get the loss you deserved, but do stick with it again this week and you may well see that loss, plus a bit, nest week.
Hi Jenittels, it's lovely to hear from you, how's life in Vegas? Don't worry about the weight gain, it's natural when you're as stressed as you must have been lately. It'll come off when you settle in. Glad you like the curry recipe, I love that one too.
KatiePC stick with the popcorn, you should get loads, it's so very light. Maltesers are not very good at all - 9 syns a 37gm bag
Tallgirl, you have indeed got a very lovely boss, you lucky thing! I'm afraid Thorntons would be very tempting to me too, I don't think anybody else makes choc to compare with them. However, you most probably would be very annoyed with yourself once you'd eaten them, so I would give them to some deserving friend............think how good it will make you feel
Petrichor I missed CSI last night. It's my group night and the paperwork sometimes takes me ages - before I knew it, it was after 10pm and CSI was over. I have started dropping hints to the family though that I would like the full series on DVD for my birthday(mind you I think there have been about 6 series haven't there?).
Only got about 4 hours sleep last night so going to bed soon cos I'm jiggered. Night night :wave:I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Oh !!!!!!! I just typed out a whole long post and it's gone!!!
Will come back later to do most of it, but Lois could you please put me down for 3lb this week?:D:D
