I've been asked to stay late at work, the cakes haven't all been eaten yet and I ate one of the mini rolls! :o HOWEVER, they're 8.5 syns, and I've only had 5 more today, and got totally free tea, so am still within my limit. ;)

Am ignoring the Cherry bakewell that's shouting at me tho!!!

Evening All, Well done to all the losers today and comiserations to the gainers/maintainers. Karren - maybe too late but good luck with Weigh in tonight.
Katie - hope you enjoyed the chocolate roll - at least you were sensible enough to look up the syns and work out you still had enough for the day - it could easily have led you to attack the cherry bakewells too so well done for avoiding them too (hopefully ;))

I've been really good today - still havent fully got my appetite back and to be honest I can't taste anything anyway since I am still full of the cold.Long may it continue lol

Welcome to Mel - good luck at WW!

Petrichor - I hope you have come back to read the thread - we are all with you and would love you to post again

Am worried about consultant - I hope everything is ok with her

Victory - thats a good idea for stopping eating foods you ought not to - makes me feel sick thinking about it

Off to watch the rest of you are what you eat..enjoy your evening!

    Hi all

I've sent an email to Connie, so hopefully we'll hear from her soon. I hope it's something simple like computer problems thats keeping her away, rather than anything else.

Hi Mel! and Madiba, and welcome to the thread. :) Let me know if you want to join the 2 pound weight loss club.

Good to hear you're feeling better Honey, but there's nothing worse than not being able to taste anything! I usually find I want to eat even more, just to find something satisfying...:rotfl:

PiixxySu - sorry to hear you're having a hard time at the moment, I hope things get sorted out soon.

Suggs and TallGirl - you're both so energetic it makes me feel tired to read about your efforts!

    Hope everyone is ok.

Oh well BeanieLou, did you have a few off days or had you stuck to it rigidly?

PiixxySue - well done on avoiding the chocolate. You wouldn't have enjoyed it anyway :rotfl:
