We've come to an understanding about the biting at feeding time, I offer my finger and he will either bite it or not, if he does I tell him no and try again and within a few tries he realises he isnt getting fed until he stops biting. He learned a new word today. He's learned to say 'boo-boo' which means booby (I usually say do you want some booby baby?, or its time for your booby etc) he says this when he wants a feed. The problem? Its fun to say it twice an hour. I know its novelty at the moment but still...

I'm absolutely shattered after ds1 's birthday yesterday!! :cool: he had some friends round so we had loads of excited, screaming 9 year olds full of E numbers!!! :eek:
Off out tonight for a Chinese buffet just the 5 of us so that should be nice.

Noah woke in the night really upset so I think his other tooth was hurting. I rubbed some teething gel on them and he had a couple of oz of milk and soon settled again bless him.

Hope Noahs tooth is ok. Its amazing how much trouble these teeth cause! Hope your ds had a fab day.

My little man slept 12 hours. Very proud of him. Did mean I was up at 650 with him but I dont care at all as I wasnt woken in the night.

My nieces bday party later so hope weather holds out as its at the castle outside!

Ds1 had a great birthday thank you. He is still asleep now though so must of worn himself out!
It not nice when they are teething, although Noah is a lot happier this morning.
Hope your niece has a nice party. How old is she?

Bless your ds. She was 5 a couple of wks ago but her party is today. Its a knights and princess party except I went to town looking for a pirate top for Aiden to wear for some reason! Good job I didnt find one as its nothing to do with pirates lol!! X

Don't know if anyone has babies young enough on here and would need them, but I'll post anyway - Tesco Direct have the MAM anticolic starter set on offer for £14 at the moment. We bought another set as it worked out cheaper to do that than to buy the bottles individually. We originally paid around £30 for the first set, so this is a bargain.

I'm sat here expressing again, and little man is due to wake up soon. Daddy is at work and I'm off to meet one of my best friends today for coffee at 11, so will be interesting to see how I manage our first solo trip into town.

George has now mastered rolling on to his tummy, but he can't get back on his own so we're constantly up and down to flip him back over when he cries. How long did it take your Los to get the hangof getting back over? Driving me mad!

Katie, boo for getting rubbish sleep but yey for George rolling! I think it took Aiden a good few wks, maybe 3-4 to master rolling back again.
