Jonathan's eyes are still gunky. Trouble is, he screws his eyes tightly shut when I try to put the drops in and so I can only squeeze it onto the outside of the eye and wipe it across in the hope that some will go in. They definitely aren't as bad as they were though, but still need regular cleaning etc.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Sexymouse, can you try to sneak some in when he's napping? I used to have to do things like squirting nasal drops and cutting nails whilst LO was napping - I don't know if that would work with eye drops too, or if he'd wake up screaming....?

Can you get any help, sm? I know it's not the same but my furbaby had an eye problem and I used to take him to the vets to get them to put the stuff in. I'm wondering if the HV or support workers might be more successful in getting J to keep his eyes open. Sometimes we're so wary of hurting our babies (furry or human) that mums are the worst person to administer medicine. If you're struggling, ask for a home visit - that's what they're there for.

F has finished his three month growth spurt now and today he's barely even glanced at my boobs. The result? Tits like bloody rocks. He munched on them so hard for a week, they've given in to his demands and increased the supply but now he doesn't want it. Ungrateful! :D

Oh no! Although rest assured if he's anything like my LO, there'll be another growth spurt coming up soon... :) How was your evening/night out?

Very nice, Nut, very nice. OH successfully fed The Turdinator (he had three ozs then chewed his own fist until he nodded off again) and I stayed out 'til 11 o'clock! Right boob was like a balloon by the end of the eve though - proper sore. I had to come home and express a bit else I reckon it would have popped.

Fluff you do make me laugh sometimes :rotfl:

Baby is in bed, washing up is done and my first bath since before George was born is running! Wish I had some wine to sup when I get in...is it very un ladylike to drink cider in the bath?! In my defence it is strawberry and lime flavour, not white lightning

I'd best not admit I last had a bath circa 2006 :rotfl:

    Morning ladies, :)

Fairly rubbish night here again, up 3 times and he's been awake gurgling since 6, I'm getting pretty good at dozing through it until he gets to a certain volume, so could be worse. Little monkey knows he should be letting me have a lie in so is being exceptionally cute and giggly at the moment.

Off to the in laws for Sunday dinner today :p. hope everyone has a good day
