Sunshine, I'm sure that's normal :( I can't imagine having adult conversations and talking about policy and writing coherent sentences again - it feels like a different world now! Are you going back full time?

Sounds very normal! I've started having bizarre dreams about leaving Poppy in scary places! x

I see lots of your LO's have brown eyes, when do eyes normally change colour? Poppy'e eyes are blue with very small brown specks. I have very dark brown eyes and my OH has blue eyes, but I always thought brown eyes were dominant?

I researched this when Jake was first born and apparently it can change at any point up until they are about 4 and it can change more than once!
Yes you are right, in order of dominance it goes brown green blue but its not always that simple if you have bl/br parents you will have brown eyes and if your OH has bl/bl parents he will have blue eyes but it means that its also possible for poppy to have blue eyes as its a 3/1 ratio of blue plus its not just the immediate parents/grandparents as it apparently goes back loads of generations so ultimately they cant tell.

Makes me realise how lucky I am that I don't have to work leave Noah. Can't imagine how hard it must be. :(

At baby group today all the other babies Noah's age were crawling, pulling themselves forward etc. Noah still just rolls!! He won't eat finger foods, will only eat if I feed him (puree) and hasn't got 1 single tooth yet!!

    Lovely pics!

I'm with sammie re going back to work, I'm very lucky to work at home so I won't have to leave him.

George's eyes have got lighter since he was born, at first they were so dark you could only just see the pupil but now they're a definite brown rather than black. Everyone seems to comment on how big his eyes are - unless he's smiling he always seems to look a bit shocked!

I'm off to bed now, fingers crossed for quiet nights all round.

Thanks, had to read that about 3 times for it to get through to my very tired brain!! I didn't know they could change up until they are 4 years old! Maybe she will have 2 tone eyes forever, half brown and half blue, or maybe one of each like David Bowie!! :rotfl:

I had a really difficult choice as we worked out I could afford to stay at home as my hubs earns a lot more than me, but I do actually love me job and I'm lucky to have all the school hols off! If I were in your position with 3 children I would def be a stay at home mum!!

Noah sounds like Poppy, lots of rolling but that's it and no sign of a tooth yet! Though we've had awful pooey nappies for a few weeks now and red rosey cheeks so hoping its going to come through soon! I never know whether I should be worried at her age that she isn't as advanced as other babies, but we see the Consultant monthly and he's happy so I'm not going to start worrying needlessly!

Is anybody else dressing their LO's for Halloween? I bought Poppy this outfit from Asda: http://direct.asda.com/george/baby-girls-clothes/pumpkin-halloween-tutu-bodysuit/G003908955,default,pd.html

She looks mega cute in it! I'm taking her for her first trick and treating to both sets of Grandparents and my Sister! I get quite excited about Halloween, Birthdays, Christmas etc! Just like a big kid and at least I have a child now so I can really go overboard on the parties and celebrations!! :rotfl:
