Katie you can also get dummies that you put the medicine in and they suck/swallow that way.
We've used bonjela and some asda-own-brand-fake-calpol here today...much happier little boy, although he's still chewing on anything he can get his hands on!0 -
Had a horrible afternoon here sorting out life insurance! Been putting it off for ages as it seems like such a grim thing to do! Finally sorted out policies for me and hubby though if god forbid the worst happens.:heart2: Newborn Thread Member :heart2:

Morning ladies, hope you slept better last night sammie?
We had a pretty rubbish night, but better than the last few - only up 4 times, and I got 2 two hour spells of uninterrupted sleep. Never thought that would count as a good nights sleep, I used to need at least 8 to be able to function properly!
He's still coughing this morning so undecided whether to go to the hv clinic - if I took him there and another baby was coughing fit to burst I'd be a bit miffed really. Think I'm going to have to go to tesco though, we have nothing in to eat. Will have to get him dosed up with calpol (managed to get a bit down him earlier) before we go.Newborn thread member

Morning
Aiden woke at 2 but luckily just wanted a back rub and dummy!!
Katie, hope he gets better. I would take him to clinic. My hv always says thats what they are there for.
Have a good day all. I am hoping it stays chilly as I really want to use Aidens new cosytoes! XLittle Man born 11 March 2012 :smileyhea
