Going to a kids theatre performance this morning so best get up abd wake my gang up so we aren't late!! I think I may of been in for a really loooooooooong lie in too this morning!!

Hello fellow mummies,

I've just come back from a baby signing class where one mummy told me about this forum thread so I wanted to join in. I'm also on the lookout for a hangout place for single parents as single parenting can be very lonely sometimes, so do let me know pls.

On a more positive note, I've just got a mailer through the post that Tesco baby club are having their baby event from 28th Aug to 30th Sep, which is brilliant news for me as I'm running quite low on wipes and nappies. Last time they had some good deals on baby food as well, which would be very handy as my little girl only eats the more expensive purees !

I think Asdas is starting on the 27th as well - haven't had a flier through the post yet surprisingly!

Give me strength btw - ALMOOOOSSSSTTT 5 months (19 1/2 weeks) and how the hell I'm going to keep going another month and a bit before I can start weaning is beyond me - it's like a bottomless pit of milk and "want moar" going on now - even WITH hungry baby milk!

Welcome bargain Jen! How was baby signing? I'm hoping a class near me is starting soon as I'd love to give it a try

I've had a nice morning so far, baked some brownies during his first nap then we sat in the garden for a bit, had dinner during second nap and just put the kettle on for a cuppa so you can guarantee he'll wake up any second! Off to the shops shortly, need some 3-6 vests as the 0-3s he's been wearing are starting to look a bit tight. Still got a load of m&s vouchers from when he was born so hopefully they'll have some nice stuff in. Our loft is rapidly filling up with clothes he's grown out of, some friends are expecting their first in February so will be passing them on to them if they want them, but by that time it'll be bursting at the seams!

I need to get a toy chest too. Bloemin hell, there's actually loads i need to get, need more money lol. Want to get the Fun to See Fisher Price Rainforest Animals giant stickers for his nursery wall, to go with his mobile. But they are £36. Plus we need a new bed (well, want a king or superking), plus i want the airwrap bumper for his cotbed........

Anyone got a money tree lol xx
