  • Thanks for all the support re breast feeding/nappy changing in public. Me & dh are taking short trips out so I feel more confident going out with Niall. Just back from town got some paint to do hand/foot prints plus a nursing bra as have jut been using sleep bras.

My dad has lent me his iPad much easy to get online when Niall is breast feeding.

  • mmmm..;. brownies! I just want to sleep when she's taking a nap.

baby signing comes highly recommended, i think everyone should do it!

Welcome bargain Jen! How was baby signing? I'm hoping a class near me is starting soon as I'd love to give it a try

I've had a nice morning so far, baked some brownies during his first nap then we sat in the garden for a bit, had dinner during second nap and just put the kettle on for a cuppa so you can guarantee he'll wake up any second! Off to the shops shortly, need some 3-6 vests as the 0-3s he's been wearing are starting to look a bit tight. Still got a load of m&s vouchers from when he was born so hopefully they'll have some nice stuff in. Our loft is rapidly filling up with clothes he's grown out of, some friends are expecting their first in February so will be passing them on to them if they want them, but by that time it'll be bursting at the seams!
  • just think about them smiling at you - that usually helps me to get though neverendless bf;)
I think Asdas is starting on the 27th as well - haven't had a flier through the post yet surprisingly!

Give me strength btw - ALMOOOOSSSSTTT 5 months (19 1/2 weeks) and how the hell I'm going to keep going another month and a bit before I can start weaning is beyond me - it's like a bottomless pit of milk and "want moar" going on now - even WITH hungry baby milk!
  • Yeah I wonder if there will be deals on nursery furniture during Tesco's Baby Event.
I need a walker too, but where is the money tree LOL

Gilly - Aaron is so clever!! Bless him. (I see he has good taste in tv programmes too ;))

Just went for a 2 hour walk and my feet are aching!! I'm really pleased today though as we went to a pirates theatre performance this morning then came home and I cut the grass, fed everyone, tidied and hoovered then went for a walk, oh and got Noah weighed too :D
Dp is working late so going to have a bit of a chill out now. Might even give the boys beans on toast for dinner! ( does that make me a bad mum!!)
    Xx

He loves Disney, I hate it, much prefer baby TV, I feel like he might learn something from that at least, but he had it on as a treat this morning :o

He's such a wee monkey, he's gone from 2 naps a day to none, in around a week, I am exhausted, and really struggling to get food etc because he's just on the go constantly. If I put him in his cot he just stands at the corner and screams his head off. He done that for the whole 10 minutes I was in the shower today, not fun!
