Aimless I've been quite good, I have one BFing product left (it's a DVD and haven't watched it yet). But I'm seriously slacking on the skincare, I've only done the one that sent us 2 parcels...I really need to pull my finger out and do the others as I go on hol for a week this weekend!!

My baby is not sleeping today!! I gave in earlier and let him nap on me (1hr 45 stuck on the settee!). And I'm currently feeding him laying on the bed to try to get I'm to nod off....25 mins later and I'm bloody glad I bought the iPad with me as doesn't look like I'll be moving any time soon!! And he's still awake....surely he must be full to the brim with milk?? I don't know where he is putting it!

I did my last BF one today, hurray! But haven't done a single skincare one yet. I've got 3 of them half formed in my head, but need to get them down while the products are still fresh in my mind. I'm saving the one you mentioned till last, other than the one thing I opened before, as I'm rather expecting it to not agree with my boy!

Mine has been doing a 'sleep 4 hours, then suck for the rest of the night' thing for what seems like ages. If I can stay awake I can get him back in the cot at some point, but the longer it goes on, the more I tend to nod off after a couple of hours, but then not sleep properly. We are getting the occasional daytime nap again now though, so I hope it'll end eventually. I was trying to ignore him back to sleep again today, and found him on his tummy grinning at me through the bars of the cot. :D

    Evening all

Been to the beach today, my friend rang me this morning and we decided last min to go!! It's a stony beach but the kids still had fun which is the main thing.

Dp's friend rang tonight and said we could borrow their ocean wonders jumperoo, Noah is bouncing in it now and loves it!! Dp has taken his mate for a pint to say thanks.
Hope everyone else has had a nice day.

Sammie ooh lucky you getting to borrow a jumperoo! I'm biding on one on eBay at the mo...winning it at £30 so far so fingers crossed it stays that low :)

Lol aimless at grinning-when-supposed-to-be-sleeping babies! I put Reuben in his cot earlier while I was sorting out some washing, hoping he might drop off, but any time I went remotely near him I got a big grin!!

HI ladies! Hope everyone is well. Charlie and mummy day today, back to work tomorrow, boo!! Sammie very jealous of you going to the beach, would love to go. Actually can't wait to take Charlie to the zoo. We going to Wales soon with my folks when they come over from South Africa, so might go to Chester Zoo. Used to love it there.

How's everyone's weaning going? I tried Charlie on an Ella's kitchen Lamb roast dinner today, he burst into tears!!! So gave him the Carrot, Parsnip and Apple one instead, he finished the whole thing. So he definitely has a sweet tooth like his mum lol.

Good luck to all those doing the weigh loss exercises. I don't have enough hours in the day lol

    xx

Turtle, we co-slept for a bit as from about 3 months to 5 months Elliot wouldn't re-settle in his cot at about 5am, so if we wanted to get any more sleep he had to come in with us. He is much happier about going back in his cot now, but it certainly worked to get us some extra much-needed sleep!

We do this too - means she sleeps until 7.30/8 rather than 5 - it's an absolute sanity saver. She also has a big afternoon nap of around 2 hours, and we have that one together as well. She settles pretty quickly in her cot in the evenings and after the 1am-ish feed, and (finally!) has a couple of 30 min naps in her cot morning and mid-day, so fingers crossed the co-sleeping won't affect her ability to sleep on her own (oh, and that she'll stop demanding 5am feeds at some point!)....
