Glad it wasn't too bad sunshine, well done on the shred too! Don't know how you ladies are doing it! Ive been trying to eat a bit better but I've got terrible will power! Whenever I'm a the shops I always think "oh a little treat wont hurt will it" but when I'm at the shops most days it all adds up!

Speaking of which, monkey is awake again so we're off to the shops!!! Will try and avoid the chocolate aisle in sainsburys ;)

Sunshine, glad your hospital trip wasn't too bad x

If I do this again (given that I was going all gooey over tiny baby photos on facebook I probably will ;) ) I'm definitely going to ask hubby to be a lot more forceful about rescuing me from hospital if I have to go in. The second night was pretty bad, and it really wasn't necessary!

Why does this baby insist on ignoring his toys and wriggling his way over to the fireplace to eat my silk flower wedding bouquet? I'm going to have to make him a bunch of flowers to play with I think!

Turtle, we co-slept for a bit as from about 3 months to 5 months Elliot wouldn't re-settle in his cot at about 5am, so if we wanted to get any more sleep he had to come in with us. He is much happier about going back in his cot now, but it certainly worked to get us some extra much-needed sleep! Now we only co-sleep if I fall asleep while bf'ing...

Off to rescue the flowers again....

co-sleeping. I did it to get more sleep and I bitterly regret starting it, as it was horrendous to get him out of it again. Once I did though he was a brilliant sleeper. I know how awful it is though when you can't get sleep so in the same situation I'd probably do the same again :o

Edit: the main reason I started to dislike it I guess, was because he wouldn't even settle in his own bed at all, not even for naps in the end, I had to go for naps during the day with him and God help me if I moved a muscle. Which is why I had to stop it I suppose.

Just wanted to go into more depth as I realise I just sounded like I was poo poo-ing it :) xx

Mine does that!! Well, rolls to he fireplace anyway! He also seems to like my phone charger if it is about so I have to make sure if I'm not using it I put it away.

He doesn't seem to be tired so I will let him wear himself out rolling I think. x

By the way, having missed a few pages, what exactly is the shred? It sounds like hard work to me...

Its a weight loss workout thing. Gilly started posting about it a week or so ago as she is doing it also.

Its basically a 30 minute (including warm up and cool down) high intensity workout, its 10 days at level one, 10 at level two and 10 at level three. If you google it, there is some fab before and after results which made me want to do it.

You can just get it from youtube, I wish I knew this before as I got the DVD off amazon and paid for it lol.

Laptop leads are particularly entertaining here too. I've just made him a tub with rice in to wave around, he seems happy with that for the moment. LOL, famous last words... WAAAAAHHHHH.

aimless mine came by royal mail but had to sign for it...so if your postie has been then I'd check they didn't forget to leave a card. Hope you manage to put your boobs away at some point today...

Finally! arrived today. No idea why my post always seems to take a day longer than everyone else's? I can't believe they sent it in a paper envelope with a practically non existent bit of bubble wrap! I do wonder if I just pack far too carefully, judging by some of the things that manage to get here safely. Glad they've extended the date for reviews or I'd never get everything done.

I'm not looking back through the posts about all your babies who eat and sleep, or anything about losing weight!
