Yep (think it was Turtle asked if it was the lady I met through netmums?). It was, met her a couple of times now and went to hers for dinner before going to baby group with her, so nice having someone to talk to that understands (in real life iykwim, I love you ladies on here but it's nice to see someone face to face too!). Baby group was really good too, free tea and cake! And we did nursery rhymes at the end, George loved the hokeycokey

Leanne I have pnd so can totally understand where you're coming from. Are you completely set against seeing your gp? I was at first but I felt heaps better once I'd been. Do you have family/friends you could talk to, or ask for help every so often? My fil has taken George out for a couple of hours once or twice just to give me some time to myself which is great. You can always come on here to vent too . I have quite drastic ups and downs at the moment, I've been prescribed anti depressants so I'm hoping they should kick in properly soon and try and help balance out my moods. At the moment I'm feeling pretty good but this time last week I was a wreck, there's no telling how it'll go from day to day really, just have to take one day at a time. Hope you feel better soon

This has turned into a bit of an epic post but just one last thing - at baby group earlier they'd put stuff out for us to make rattles with, just empty cosmetics bottles and rice crispier, pasta etc. this is how much George loves his lentil filled bottle

I wish I could slap my oh too! lol I don't really have many friends or family no also I don't like talking to people that are close to me incase they judge me i'm not really feeling depressed more tired and stressed! I don't really want to say too much incase someone finds out i'm posting this!

my oh thought i was "putting it on" it took a midwife and a doc to put him right!! the day he told me i was putting it on was the day i walked to a train crossing and stood there for 4 hours. makes me cry to think about it now but i was so desperatly sad. im always about for a chat if you need me xx
