Hi Hon, Like Ro, i've no experience of PND, but i've messaged a few ladies who have, and they will be on shortly. big hugs, you arent alone, and its not a failing, LOADS of women have PND, so its nothing to feel ashamed of talking about, or worried about seeking help for. xx

I have got 7 oz of milk in my fridge that I'm going to freeze, does anyone know if I can put Mondays (from about 3pm) milk in the same container as Tuesday's (11am), or do I need to keep them separate?

Yes, If you freeze milk, you can add more fresh milk to the same pot in the freezer, just freeze it straight off, and make sure you label it up so you know when the oldest milk went in. Oh, and if you add the time, you can try and match usage time to pump time if you like, as evening milk has more "sleepy juice" in it, so if you want to use it in the evening before bed, you might be best using evening expressed milk.
