A link on my phone takes me to the 12-24 week pregnancy thread, date 7th Oct 2011. It's so nice to see the same names are still sharing the journey together in one way or another......x

Morning! Reckon my boy will be going to docs today. He's been coughing most of the night. Still that lingering cough from over a month ago x

Morning. Hugs to Charlie Mozzy, hope he gets better soon xx

It is nice to know we've all been through the same and have that little network, and we've gone from moaning about the aches and pains of pregnancy to the trials and lack of sleep of having babies!

Smlsave - glad Jacob had a lovely birthday.

Ro - cover what you can! Anything that isn't wipe clean! People have suggested a cheap shower curtain as a mat, so maybe that kind of area? I guess it depends where you feed him and how high up he is (increases the range he can throw things!). Also, Dylan will be a good at cleaning up anything that lands on the floor!

We had a better night last night. 4 hours to start with, then 2.5, but restless after that. Haven't had her asleep for 4 hours solid for quite a while! Don't want to jinx it by hoping it's the start of increasing sleep!

Got to go off and feed her now - she's had milk so time for a bit of fruit mushing!

Kira - hand over that oh and will sort him out !! God could be not have even done cheese on toast? If you have a slow cooker might be worth dragging it out and bunging a chicken in Something so at least you will get a good meal. I hope that the cold is clearing in you and cj. Hope you get a better night tonite xx

Mozzy - hope Charlie is ok xx

Crabapple - don't know how you manage with the sleep hope you get some rest in the day at some point ! X

Smlsave - you broody mare :D oh is clearly in danger !

Nutella - glad you are finding things useful here!

Jen - hope u & Ellie are ok xx

Hope you all have a good/ better day

    Ro xx

    Hi!!

Crabapple - we have roughly the same night. To start with usually 4-5hrs, then every 3hrs from then on. Fortunately, Charlie usually has 3 40min naps during the day, so can have a little lie down if needed. Thanks re the shower curtain, seen cheap ones and cheap plastic tablecloths on Ebay.

Jenjade - hope you both doing ok hun
Ro - how you doing hun? Have booked doc appointment for 3:40pm. Will bring up the fact too that he brings up lots of milk lately. Maybe reflux? Not sure......But the cough is definitely back again poor thing......

Well the sun is out here, yay!!!!

Dec 2011 - i was just about the start maternity leave haha. Last night i read all the posts just before i was induced. So funny to read back about how frustrated I was getting with being 2 weeks late haha. And of course you were there Ro offering lots of support!!! xx

It will be further than you think!! The worst bit is always the area within reach of their hands x

I'm tempted to go back and have a look at the preg thread now. If I go to beginning Jan I should get lots of me and Kira moaning about being overdue!! I recall promising her I'd try not to have my baby before hers - there was less than 24 hours in it, but I did keep my word!

It's so lovely here today I need to get a wash on as I will be able to use the line! Shame it's not nappy wash day as they really benefit from being out in the sun!

We had a 2am wakeup and then nowt till 6am (well she got grizzly about 5 so I had her in bed with me and she occupied herself for an hour trying to manhandle my long-since-empty breast out of my pyjamas - gotta admire the optimism and her stubborn streak - before zonking back out asleep)... she's getting better at going a little bit longer between feeds now - I think she's likely to consistently go for 10pm >2am >6am as a feed pattern soon which suits us well rather than her 9pm>midnight>3am>6am one.

Loving the new pushchair - hadn't realised how flimsy and rickety my other one felt until I started with this one - yep, technically you're meant to be in the carrycot till 6months but with the rate she's growing and the length of her legs - I'm not going to risk buying one she'll get a month or so's use out of at the most - I'm happy enough with the amount it reclines - she doesn't like lying completely flat in buggies at ALL (and I don't use the pushchair for hours on end). And it's not godawful depressing brown!

Anyone wanting floor protectors for weaning - I can lend you two dogs who'll just lie on their back with their mouths open waiting for spills... somehow I can't see much dropped food actually hitting the carpet when we get to that point!

    HI ladies!!

Nice to see you guys here!

Dizzi - glad you liking your pushchair. Makes all the difference hey!"
lol for the dogs haha, can just imagine them loving the spills. Glad the feeding is going better. It really helps when they drop that one feed hey, so you can go a little longer between feeds.

Smiley - hi!! Might try get out for a walk today, but we've got docs later. So for now, its rotating around the lounge between different toys lol until next feed and nap time.

Decided I can't wait to get a jumperoo one day!!!! As soon as i'm back at work in August and I can afford one, i'm getting one. Charlie is so hyper active haha x
