Lol, the amount of those nappies we have, he'd have no clothes left! Especially as I've got the 3-6s out and he almost fills half of them. :D

Just thought, has Jannine been back since last seen nervously holding her test?! Hope everything's ok?

Asda's own brand oxy stain remover works very well on the leaky poo stains, as long as you treat it quickly :)

Removal men at at my Dad's house today packing up everything, then he's moving in his new house near to us tomorrow. It's going to be really strange for me too as that was the house I grew up in from when I was 8, it still feels like home there even though I moved out several years ago.

DS is finally going off to sleep in his bouncy chair, he's been awake all morning but in a very happy mood with lots of grinning, so that's been OK! Hopefully I will be able to make some cake while he's asleep :) We have cooking apples so thinking about a nice apple cake, and as our chickens are laying well there's plenty of eggs to use up too.

    Hi Ladies,

Not been on for a while, but its been very quiet - we must all be enjoying the sun!

Well I did my test and it was negative - was very relieved! I'm still feeling the same though so going to do another test in a couple of days to be sure and I have an appointment to see the Nurse to get the contraceptive injection. I have been on this for a few years and it was always a good method for me. I did ask for this but due to breastfeeding they said the pill was a better option, but after reading online after breastfeeding for 6 weeks, the injection is fine.

Poppy is still gaining weight slowly, but she has finally hit the 7lb mark! The Health Visitor stresses me out every week because Poppy isn't close to following any line on the growth chart in the red book, but the Doctor said as long as she is gaining not to worry!

Had the best day yesterday, Poppy started to smile!! Was so heartmelting and I burst in to tears!

Hoping everybody is enjoying the weather!

    xx

Hello can I move on over to here...I don't post very often but read when I the chance. Ioan David was born on march 1st weighing 8lb 6oz. No idea how to make the pic smaller.

He's been a brilliant little baby since we've switched to formula. I think the poor nite was starving hungry for the first 2 weeks and didn't put on any weight. We had a good bash at the B/F but it wasn't for us.

  • Hello all! You might already know this being very good MSE's already but I only found out about this the other day. Sadly my lo is too old so no good for me....

take your baby up to 12 months to the cinema during the day. Not just odeon, lots of other do it too, I gather London are not as strict about up to 12 months.....
I need to start saving so I plan to save £2 a week to start with:beer:

    Hello all :)

Nice to see some old faces !

Seren- wondered how you were getting on ! Ioan is gorgeous !:D
Bf is a bit of a nightmare Scott lost a lot if weight first week so we have combination fed ever since but my bf is a very small amount now as he prefers instant gratification just usually once in night and bit in morning. Thank god for formula !!! Nice to have you over here and many congratulations x

Jannine - :j for poppy! Am glad your test was what was ok for now.

Brunette girl- so there is a chance of a soci life yet !! Cinema will do me but vote hubby to remove LO if he rudely interrupts !

Jenjade - sounds like Ellie is doing fab xx
Bluebell- my hubby will be insanely jealous of your apple cake :p

Lucy- Scott has gone 3 days I think at the most... I see LO has resolved the issue

    Tc all
