Well he's going for it :( had one go earlier on but both me and OH were still up and had the tv on so wasn't too bad. Now it sounds a billion times louder, and he's not even at full pelt yet.

    :(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

In other news, yay for being home sunshine :o

Katie, how was the rest of your night? Was thinking of you when I was awake at 1am...

Cake, do you put them to sleep together? I think for twins adjusting to sleep without someone close by must be even harder?

Ladies something disastrous has happened....my dishwasher has broken *sob*

My dishwasher broke recently too. He had a terrible cold and just lay on the sofa moaning.

I used to have one of those dishwashers, but then I got this little thing called maternity leave, and said dishwasher has absolved himself of all domestic duties, on the basis that I have plenty of time to do it all seeing as I just sit around watching tv all day everyday...

Tbh it wasn't as bad as it could have been, thanks :). We were up for about 2 and a half hours but he kept going quiet for 5-10 minutes before setting off again. But he never really got to his full tilt screaming so I got off lightly really. I'd like to think it will only get better but will have to just wait and see how tonight goes.

hi ya, it is time to join. Jade Suki was born on FRiday 25th January, 7lb 1 1/2oz. 53 cm. Arrived at 1 and had her at 3.20. She pooed insine me, so had to have lots of checks and stayed in that day although i was an i am feeling pretty good.

It was quick and still shock. She's sleeping a bit but she is suffering with wind so moans and cries, yesterday was her first night at home. an only got up to be fed twice but took long time to settle her cos her tummy kept making noises. i tried rubbing her back and tummy, patting her back but while she fees, suddenly she groans and cries. I am BF.

  • Yaaaay morocha, well done you! Jade is a lovely name, it was on my list but doesn't work with our (slightly ridiculous) surname x

Katie, hope tonight goes OK for you - I was dreading controlled crying when I first tried it, but it wasn't as bad as I feared, fingers crossed for you :) Oh, and I agree with your comment about Johnsons wipes - this morning I was standing there with one hand round LO's ancles, trying to prevent her from dipping her feet into a pile of poo, whilst shaking a load of wipes with my other hand, trying to get just one at a time! We have another 8 packs of Johnsons - a relative bought us 12 packs when LO was born - but once they run out I think we'll stick to Pampers... It's a shame though, as I really like the texture of Johnsons and they're great at removing poo :o

Lol, ladies, do you not pull out a few ready before you reveal the awful nappy? :D I always put some ready if I know it's a pooey one, then stuff back in what I don't need.
