Thanks hun, had a great Christmas! It was a bit strange in town today when I spotted our faces on the enlarged front page in the newsagents window!! My hubby keeps saying 'this week the local paper, next week OK Magazine!' LOL!

Jannine, I bruise really easily, but it's not pregnancy/birth-related and has always been that way, so I'm afraid I can't help... My mum's the same - the tiniest little thing, like bumping into the corner of a bed or table, will lead to a bruise, and because the 'incident' that caused it will always be really insignificant I never remember what happened by the time the bruise appears! Hope the doctor can reassure you - and please stop googling :o

Same! I've gone down to get the baby weighed before with suspicious looking bruises on my arms and had to explain they're not actually thumbprints from being grabbed in some domestic violence incident -but where I've caught door handles as I've walked past them like I do regularly.... used to permanently have a line of bruises around my legs from infant-sized classroom tables when I was working in schools.

Hell my mother's been convinced my hubby was beating me up before till I explained what had caused them!

Thanks for the 'bruise' stories! I only get them on my lower half, I've woken up with 2 massive purple ones on the inside of my thighs, they weren't there last night and I haven't banged my legs in the night! Hoping its something and nothing. Just counted them up and I have 11 bruises covering my legs, hips and bottom!

Being a bad Mummy today, me and Poppy aren't getting dressed at all and she is on the rug watching Disney Junior, discovered she loves The Hive with the bees! She was bought a butterfly pillow pet for Christmas and she is hugging her big mickey with her head on the pillow glued to the telly!
