I didn't drink the whole bottle of wine on new years eve, I shared it with my mum.

However egg and chips did fall on my plate yesterday, oops.

I also saved 3.50 as mum paid for the milk woohoo. Nearly got my first 10 pounds!

I too have a change pot that I will tot up at the end of the challenge.

I am going to add some more to trade me tomorrow if I get the chance too

  • Morning Mr Bloater ... first week of 'healthy eating' completed and I have lost 3 and a half pounds, pretty pleased with that even if I say so myself! That makes my weight 15-8 now. Off to plan my shop for the next week, I've still got another week off work so should do well this week too, its when I get into the office and the biscuit tin calls to me it all goes wrong. Time to dust off the trainers and get out for a walk!

Just dialling in a 2k run - would have been a lot more, but will spare you the messy details (they're over on my diary thread). Here's hoping we can all achieve something towards our goals today.

    - Cut down on the bottles of wine in the evening

Hey Mr Bloater come and join us on the cutting down on alcohol thread if you want - we are here.

I would also like to tag along. My aim is to lose 2 sone and save £2k!!! I'll pop in and let you know how I'm getting along!
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

I played junk room tetris last night and extracted the exercise bike and my stepper. Spotted a few things I could put on e-bay too. Also had a look at Zapper for selling some books, and got some prices on the old phone.

I did 20 minutes on the stepper, and weighed and did measurements last night including blood pressure. Will do this on Saturdays in future as I struggle for time in the week.

My first income towards this challenege, £3 from Quidco. It has to start somewhere!

Mr Bloater, just a thought but would it help if people put anything for the spreadsheet in red - to make it easier for you to spot?

At least we have got rid of almost all of the sweet and fattening stuff, so things should get easier...here's hoping!

Going to try and sort out some finance stuff today....wish me luck!

OMG just weighed in at 14st 6lb with my pjs on! Aiming for a 2 stone loss by 2nd May. Good luck everyone.

On a making money note, I have decided to return some pre xmas/new year things I bought which should come to about £100. These include a dress and skirt which I did not wear over the festive period and which will be to big soon :D and a couple of bits brought for my son which don't fit. I will count this money towards my total once I have returned them.

I have been updating my survey site profiles to try and make a bit of cash that way and need to get Ebaying! I will aim to do lots of listing at the weekend.
