Weight loss wise - I ran for a full 60mins today on 6.2miles. Bit disppointed as I thought it was a little longer so I'll be extending the route at the weekend.

No money making update yet. Will have to wait until this uni work is out of the way!

Thanks Lolly - will look out for that!
Love the way you've got your sig - very artistic! :D

    Thanks Miggy! :)

Well I've been feeling hungry all day (and as a result have probably eaten more than I should :o). Think it's going to take a few days to get used to smaller portions again. Been busy around the house though and have been keeping up with my Everest exercise challenge, so not all bad. I'm now off to do a few moves on the power plate while watching a film. :)

I'd love to join this thread please as I need a real kick up the behind.

Starting weight is 16st 11 :o - I've put on 2 stone since this time last year so let's hope I can get rid of it all in 4 months!

I'll have my target date as 30 April as it's easy to remember. I've spent all day clearing out my flat and have 2 things on ebay so hoping they will kick start the £2k.

Good luck everyone! I'm off to get my gym kit ready for a little walk / jog tomorrow morning.
  • I didn't realise that 'Biggest Loser' was on again- will definately be watching! Really sad to read about Angie Dowds though, I only found out today so it was a shock.

Sounds as though everyone's doing great- I have been a wee bit tempted by chocolate today but did dust off the old Wii Fit.

I was shocked to hear about Angie, she was a brilliant trainer. I found out that she had died recently as well, when I mentioned to my family that I had started doing the 'Biggest Loser - New Year, New You' DVD with Angie and Richard as the trainers, my Mum told me then. :(

I thoroughly recommend the New Year New You DVD by the way for anyone looking for exercise to do at home. I haven't done all of the workouts on it yet, but the ones I have done are simple enough to learn quickly, but also quite challenging as you use weights while doing the moves. You don't need that much space either, only enough to do a couple of steps to the side, be able to kick and to fully lie down. Workout 1 only takes about 35 minutes for warm up, main routine and cool down.

I did try one of Davina McCall's and the 30 Day Shred DVD, but I didn't like Davina's instruction/manner (too happy, nobody should be smiling that much while exercising!) and the 30 Day Shred was too intense and did my back in!

No money made or saved today, and still currently trying to reign my eating in... much improved from yesterday, but I am going to have to give all of the left over mince pies and chocs away. Otherwise I will just keep ploughing through them as I don't want to 'waste' them!

My weight has stayed the same today. Annoyingly I have hurt a muscle in my leg, so no swimming today boo hiss.

No money making either will hope to jump start it over the weekend
