Whatatwit - thanks for your reply. By the time I read it the DW had already been switched on and the foil containers came out beautifully clean (they were fairly substantial M&S chicken ones and I did them on the top shelf). They'll be handy for cooking some other things in.
BTW noticed your weight loss since January 2007. Very well done. What's your secret?0 -

Is it cheaper to run electrical things (eg washing machine/dishwasher etc) at night time as opposed to the daytime? Or is it one flat rate for electricity?:xmassmile:rudolf:0

Hi
I bought a lovely new cotton top, wore it the other day, then handwashed it carefully. Came to iron it today and it has what looks like a big grease stain right in the middle of itAny tips for getting rid of it ? I'm not 100% sure it's grease, but that's what it looks like - don't remember spilling anything down me when I wore it
So mad 'cos I love this top

How do you get your OH to realise that you're better with money than him and let you take charge?:heartpulsOnce a Flylady, always a Flylady:heartpuls0

Tricky one Jinky, but have you tried just asking him if he'd like you to, to save him the bother? Is he adamant that he is coping fine with it, but there is evidence to the contrary? I mean unpaid bills etc.
I actually came in here to post a totally different question........
I am making a (lamb's) liver and bacon casserole tomorrow, and have in the fridge a rather sad looking yellow pepper. How would it be if I put it in the casserole? Would it swamp the other flavours?I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe

Babe - I think the yellow pepper would go rather well with the other flavours and complement them. Let us kmow what you decide.0

We're on a very skint week this week and rather than doing without chocolate altogether, I thought I might "bake" something - only I can't find a recipe for anything I fancy.
Any ideas (and the recipe) I have the following ingredients in my cupboard
Plain cooking chocolate
Flour - self raising and plain
eggs
butter
milk
cocoa powder
creme fraiche
Ideally I'm looking for something I can make that will last a few days i.e. 6 portions would last three so the results would need to last 3 days
Thanks in advance!Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 014Lightbulb Moment 12 December 05They may take our lives but they'll never take our FREEDOM!!0
