Yup! The R&R Sign is directly behind them.. so when I queried it I couldnt believe the first person who started saying "its expired" and then after "it deosnt apply to this" and then "you accepted the price by paying" etc etc etc....

Any excuse to NOT follow their policy! Anyway I'm not sure on who to write to at the Stafford post etc... as I said would need a bit more help

Anyway ASDA gets all my shopping now. Never had a problem. Weekly cost is the same, quality of the food is the same (can even afford some smoked salmon )

Its ashame though... did like tesco's but my girflriend and I are simply too embarrased to go in!!!! All the CS staff will have their own opinions now.. security will be watching us etc etc... We are "model thieves" now in there! And there's nothing I can do by the looks of things...

EDIT: One thing I didn't say actually is that my girlfriend suffers with depression as well. That's another reason I've been going overboard with this...

Ok I wrote to Terry again requesting all video footage of me as I was accused of stealing a tv which was on CCTV apparently.

Terry wrote back saying:

"Andy (store manager) has confirmed that he has no CCTV footage of this incident or of anything else involving you or your girlfriend. However, if you would like copies of any data that we hold on you, please can you put your request in writing to the following address and enclose a £10.00 cheque...."

Whats next? :S
