Tiscali up to 8MB Broadband, Line Rental and All Calls £19.99

Spoke to Tiscali.

The special offer was due to start in Jan, but has been delayed till Feb, due to problems with the lines (maybe BT being awkward).
This offer is not shown on Tiscali's website yet.

Initially it will be offered to selected customers.

The £19.99 offer is for:
-2Mb Broadband
-Line Rental
-All landline calls

Been with them since Aug 2005. It's a special retention deal for those who's 12 months are finished. You can get it at BB service support forums (MK Rachel). 1MB BB only, no talk. Fixed.

I'm still paying £14.99 for 1Mb Broadband & been with them for just over a year.
Haven't changed to £12.99 price plan yet, as waiting for £19.99 bundle offer release.

£9.99 for 1Mb sounds a lot better in meantime.

Are you committed for another 12 months & can you change package if necessary ??

Looks like that relates to Option 4 on their website now.

Option 5 is 8MB and costs £21.99

Bundle including Line Rental is on hold.

I tried that loads of times, all they do is send a standard email back saying to contact them on the 0870 number!

I have made it quite clear I wont be calling them, but make the problem quite clear in the email, and usualy they sort it it out.

Tried the saynoto0870 number and the number given just clicks and hangs up.
Anyone else had this?

Still got free broadband from them, but no tiscali email (pop3) working as of last night.

Was with Tiscali for nearly ten years on dial up, then they tried to go Broadband and Balls it up for me.......... Took me three months to get sorted "A lot of lost MSE time" So on a recommendation from a mate I went to madasafish.com and they got it all right for me, nice staff and I have now transferred my telephone to madasafish too.......... personally it's a good deal for me having all my providers give me one [STRIKE]cheap[/STRIKE] inexpensive bill with 8mb broadband and loads of free minutes on my home phone

They even answer MSE queries on this site... questions some of wouldn't have even thought of asking
