Tiscali up to 8MB Broadband, Line Rental and All Calls £19.99

At the moment, as a Tiscali broadband customer, I wouldn't trust Tiscali with my hamster, let alone my landline AND broadband. As James posted, the service is great - until you need the call centre. I've had 18 happy months of broadband but now that there is a problem, Tiscali are useless at sorting it out. And I have only modest broadband needs, nothing clever or high volume.

As has been said time and time again some people have had good experience and others not so good. I'll be giving the Tiscali offer a try as the offer is really competative.

Hope it works out really well for you. And if it doesn't, according to other MSE posters, the cancellation team will drop your monthly payments to 9.99 to keep you.

This is a new Tiscali deal, I got leaflet in Nov.
Don't think this deal is on their normal Products page, as they still say you need a BT line.

i am with tiscali due to run out the end of the month just got off the phone with them and they say you will still be getting the line from bt????

It's up to you to change your line to Tiscali.

This is a brand new offer, Tiscali website doesn't even show.
We've just had a phonecall from Tiscali about the offer, following up letter last year.

Maybe all customer services haven't been trained or they are only offering to certain customers for now.

They are probably aware of problems TalkTalk have had & don't want a flood.
