  • The tomorrow of yesterday has now become today!

What should I do? Today is "Judgement Day", potentially. Today.

  • "You are unable to take any further action online on this claim.

The Defendant disputes the whole amount you have claimed. Your claim cannot proceed online and will be transferred to the appropriate court for continuation. You will receive confirmation to where the claim has been transferred to shortly."

    Is this what normally happens?
  • Hi all,
I just sent MBNA a couple of letters requesting a full list of charges for mrs hampsterpoos old card and mine.
I hadnt really thought about claiming until this weekend when I found an old statement which showed some charges.
Then I thought Id ring to see what APR we're paying as we've been paying forever and not been able to use the card for about 3 yrs,
I'd forgotten the APR, 23.9% ouch, just for that I'll have some charges back please mr MBNA.
    I'll keep you posted.

  • Thanks for your prompt responses.

I've just received a cheque for £530 from MBNA so I've had the full £850 back off them!

    I'm off down the pub.
