I got all my charges back from MBNA Virgin after one letter. So far they seem to be one of the easiest to deal with. There's a good thread about them on the Bank Action Group website.0

Hi guys, I requested my information from MBNA they wrote bac saying it was taking some time to look into my query - yesterday I recieved a list of all my charges on all three cards I had with MBNA. The letter came from the Assistant Vice President lol!! I am now requesting all the charges back.

I sent my letter to MBNA before Xmas and received a letter stating thankyou and they would reply before Jan 17th. I then received my statements in the post with a letter stating that all charges were fair etc and since then they have lowered them but they also offered me a good will gesture of £240.00 already! so I have found them quite easy to deal with so far. Will send a letter today stating thanks but I want the full amount please.0
