MBNA credit cards (merged)

I want to start claiming charges from my credit cards (3 MBNA for a start!) Do you use the same template and interest calculator as bank charges? What is MCOL and it is useful to start that route in the first place?
Any advice gratefully received.

BTW - forgot to mention I am currently 2-3 months in arrears on my account. Will this make a difference?

Before they sent me the partial offer, MBNA owed me £645 + £149 in interest giving a total of £794. Now that I am proceeding with MCOL and have to claim an exact amount from MBNA, do I just take the £321 from the £794?
If the amount is wrong, surely MBNA will contest it?
in short yes. but your entitled to further interest. what date did you originally calculate the £794 and what date did they pay the £321. let me know and ill do the sums for you.

I worked the interest out a couple of months ago using the calculator on the site which involved inputting the dates and amounts of each individual charge MBNA applied to my account.
They paid me £321 at the end of last month (25th I think it was).

Here's a scrgeen-grab of the interest calculated at when they still owed me £645. Hope it's helpful.
Thanks a lot...0 -
MCOL begun! If this is £50 down the drain I'll be furious and not particularly surprised.
Still, it takes money to make money, eh....0 -
Anyone else claiming off MBNA these days or am I on my todd?
Do they still crumble like a sandcastle when the papers from the courts drop through their door?0 -
