By the way... not sure how often I'll get on here in the next week or so, so Christmas greetings to everyone, have fun and if you sabotage anything, don't sabotage something that matters! :)

What a good idea for a thread. Not sure that there is any chance of making 2 grand and I dont need to lose 2 stone but I may well subscribe and see how things go on if that is ok.

    Merry Christmas everybody

  • Hello everybody. I have followed this thread from the first and think you are ALL an inspiration. Happy Christmas to you all and keep up the good work.

Found the courage to stand on the scales of justice for the first time since (shamefully) the 16th November. And so, can present, for the last time this year, and almost certainly the last time in this format - the Bloater stats for this month.[FONT=&quot]

That is such a motivational post - well done to all of you.

  • What an inspiration you are - look forward to reading more after Christmas. Enjoy the festivities
  • Back from a 2k run - a victory for sheer bloody mindedness (and Mrs B) over reason and logic. Couldn't manage the whole 3k at running speed so walked the last kilometre but it's still a helluva lot better than anything else I've done this month towards my weightloss goal. Not sure I'll get out tomorrow but if I do, I won't be in a giant fleece, be wearing the wrong shoes or no socks. Hopefully without those obstacles, 3k should be back within my grasp.

  • Hi Mr Bloater - just thought I would drop by to wish you and the Bloater family a very merry Christmas, and a great start to 2012 in case we don't see each other first. Best of luck with the running, weight loss and debt reduction, and enjoy your time with your family! :D :xmastree:
