I would call them one month before the contract ends. If you don't like what they offer you can then cancel it giving them 1 months notice.

My contract finishes next month, and spoke to them yesterday, managed to renew it for a furthur 12 months.

Spoke to them this morning and renewed for another 12mths with no problems.

£7.50 (its a £15 tariff with 50% off)

I have been very happy with T-Mobile and my SF phone is superb so why change.

Check out quidco for cashback deals on 12 month sim only contracts. They change by the day/week but there have been some good deals recently.

Do you still have the 1.8Mbps internet, or is it down to the 0.3Mbps that the new customers get?
