Hi all recieved my statements from Natwest... in a minging busted brown enevelope which Royal Mail had to tie up with a rubber band! They owe me £687.49p more than l thought (PLus interest) :) I believe the 2nd letter you send you send to a different address (1st letter went to my branch) can anyone please tell me where l send the 2nd letter demanding the charges please? Ps dont it feel good telling the banks to 'jump'? lol:beer:
  • Yeah it feels great! I believe that Martin recommends sending all subsequent letters to the branch who will forward to the relevant department.

I actually sent my second letter to Nat West at Boreham as I believe the local branches simply send them there any way. I received my statements in ripped brown envelope with no covering letter - Im surprised the statements were still inside it was in such a state - maybe NATWEST cant afford proper envelopes!!!!!
Nat West - MCOL March - FatWest defended - hearing date 4 July - 2300 claimed and still having charges put onto account!!

HSBC - sent 14 day - still waiting for reply. MCOL by end of week - claiming 795 - eventually paid out £560.

Halifax - sent for statements Feb - cheque cashed - nothing received - reported to FSA - paid up almost amount claimed before official complaint registered with FSA

They're reduced to putting things in second hand paper bags because we're all claiming back our charges :rotfl:

  • hi there

sorry to be a pest - i am going after those robbing dogs - GE Capital ( i had a Debenhams Card) and cant seem to find an address anywhere where i can request statements and then ultimately an address where i can get MY MONEY back

ge capital has a registered address in london, but the address on the back of their statement for leeds.

if anybody can point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated (i have looked on the "address" thread , but no joy).

    thanx

    darren
  • Can you do me a favour, Google it (thats all I would do but I don't have time) and if you get a website click on contact us then pop back here and post the address and I'll add it to the address thread :)
