Just write to the address on your cheque book/statement.

Hi Everyone that is reading this,

A little confused of what address to send my letter too, Basically i've been with Lloyds for years but got into a spot of trouble due to all the bank charges funny that so they sent my account to collections in Brighton, but i opened my account in Kingston can anyone advise please?. Thank you

hi i am just about to start procedings to claim by bank charges but firstly i need to get hold of my statements who do i adress the letter to and do i send it to a branch or a different address? my bank was hsbc

This is where my replys came from and the offer of a refund, good luck, although HSBC offered me £100 less than I claimed, they were the most efficient so far.
