Which address (merged threads)

Hi. I have wrote my letter to HSBC Request for repayment of charges and had no reply so i sent the LETTER BEFOREACTION and still no reply with only 2 days letf for them to get in touch. What i want to know is : which bank should i be sending to? When i got my bank statements sent to me (last 6yrs which i requested) i wrote to my local branch in Hull. When i got them they were signed by the centre manager in Coventry so i have been sent my 2 letters to that address. Should a carry out my action with the coventry address or do the latters again to my local branch?

if you have proof you sent the two letters via either recorded delivery or a signature then proceed to moneyclaim.gov they try and put you off but they will reply once court has been actioned.

I have no proof i sent the letters, should i do them again via recorded delivery to my local branch?

You should always send the letters Registered post, although it's likely they did receive both, it saves hassle later.

What am i best of doing? re-do the letters recorded delivery to my local branch this time of procceed with action?

I have an account with Barclays and a credit card with Barclaycard.
I need the Barclaycard address to make my claim, and will Barclays close my current account if I win against Barclaycard.
