    Follow the link posted earlier in this thread for all the addresses you need at each stage of your claim. Do not send all your letters to the 'data protection team' for each stage of your claim against Nationwide. This is good for the first letter only (requesting your last six years data).

    She is writing this to her local branch but who should she address this to? Just "the manager"??

    Yep that will be fine....the letter will be forwarded to their head office anyway.
