You can send recorded delivery to a PO box.

Hi, im making a claim agaist natwest, the first letter i sent i got a reponse saying " that they were looking into it"! so i sent another one saying that if they dont refund me within 7 days i will take to court. : i got no replay....! so i am now takin to court. But i dont know the address to sent the forms to. Does antone know....?

I am about to write off with list of chgs req money back from Natwest.

I know I have to send to local branch. Is this the same as the branch you opened acc with?? As my local branch is not where the acc was opened as I have moved.

Hi first off my apologies for asking this if its already been covered on here but I cant seem to find it, prob cause its staring right at me lol.

I am about to start my claim with Bank Of Scotland but wondering if i send the letter asking for my statments to my local branch or head office?
