why do i send it just to the local branch to let them know the amount and the fact i want it back? would it not be better to send it to the head office?
has everyone really sent it to the local branch? 0 0

You can send it to the head office, but this may not be the office that is dealing with claims (they will forward the letter on). Sending the letters to your local branch is proven to work. They forward your letters onto the relevent department for claims.

As long as you get a receipt of the letter (to prove they got it). It doesn't matter. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

            Hi
I have done the first process of getting the past 6 years worth of statements and have gone checked them over,
Now who do I contact, should I contact the local branch or do I go to the head office and if I use the sample letter can I also say how others are getting charges back and about the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations in the letter or should I keep it simple.
I hope someone can help and thanks for reading this0

use this letter , fill in your own details where it is highlighted in blue . This is the standard template letter that 99% of people are using . No need to mention other peoples sucesses on claiming back . Just follow the standard procedures on this site and keep reading the forums .
All the answers , and people with answers , are here .
You can either hand the letter in to your local branch or send it one of the following address from this link .
