Hi lm probally looking too hard but l sent my first letter asking for a list of charges etc to my local branch of natwest. I believe the next letter you send you send to a different address! Can anyone update me on this query please? Good luck all

I have sent Charge request letters to Abbey but in my excitement i sent them to the address on the statement.

Is this or will this cause me any problems or delay?

If its your first letter requesting back your charges it should be okay and they will pass it on to the correct department.

i had a universa credit card i believe it was style financial services who issue it who do you write to to get statments? RBS or do style have there own data departments
