Hello forumites,

Just downloaded and printed the first stage address of the process, the data by DPA 1998.

I phoned the bank anon and they gave me a completly different address to the one given on a forum thread. Good job I searched before sending the letter.

Now, as I don't normally send cheques who do I send the £10 cheque to?

I'm with Natwest and will send for my details to this guy:-

I sent the letter requesting all the statements to Canada Sqaure?

For your first letter with your claim it can be sent to you local branch or to the banks Head Office.
