Hi,

I have calculated the amount Lloyds TSB Plc owe me but I am not sure on the address I send the letter requesting this amount. Do I send it to my local Branch or is there a specific Branch? Please help!

im with lloyds tsb does anyone know what address i send my 1st letter too? I posted one to chiswell in london but after 40 days i contacted them and was informed that they dont deal with claims there and customer services took to answer that i gave up ....well for today!

hi can anyone help, am about to claim bank charges back but am not sure whether the letters are sent to local bank or their head office address?????

I've just done my dpa letter for tesco cc to tesco personal finance, I too wasn't sure if it was tesco, rbs, or the debt recovery agy its currently with! Fingers crossed!
