hi, im new to the forum. i live in scotland and am looking for the address i send my firt letter requesting charges to as cannot find it anywhere.

Try the Reclaim Help Thread, posts 1 and 2, link in my signature, for the addresses you need. Post 1 contains the list for the Data Protection letter asking for your information/statements.

Halifax

That said, make sure you've read the claims process thoroughly (virtually the first link on the homepage) because it contains lots of cruicial information (such as these addresses).

I have received my bank statements from barclays and done my sums.

Can some one please confirm which address for Barclays i sent the template letter to.

I will be sending 3 seperate claims for the accounts that i had with them.

1 x £4061
1 x £3295.73
1 x £381.94

Total £7738.67 Inc Interest.

What is the HSBC address the letter should be addressed to?
To whom should the letter and letter be addressed to so that it ends up in the correct hands?

So K found the help i needed.

can anyone enlighten me and i guess many others where the thread is showing all the banks addresses where to send all letters. i have come across it before but can i find it now? im only at stage 1 and waiting for my bank to send back list of all charges so watch this space.

My branch is in Doncaster, but I live in Bristol. So do I send the letter to claim the charges to Doncaster, Bristol or the London Address?
And for the attention of whom?
