I have joined this website in the hope reclaiming my unfair bank charges from the Abbey. I have downloaded the letters and used the useful calculator on this forum to see how much I am due back including interest. However I have no way knowing who to send the letter to. Do I send to the bank at a normal address of give it to them in person? Does anyone on here know the address you are to send you Abbey reclaiming bank charges letter to? Please help.
Many Thanks
Ladidi

I think you'll find Abbey is the clue

There is a list of addresses in the Reclaim Help Thread, link in my signature. For this first letter you can send to your local branch.0 -

Do I send the letter to the London address or my local branch address?
I have the first letter and all the details of what I`m claiming and how much and why. I just need to know where to send it to.

Head office address. Let them decide then which department it should go to. Make sure you send it registered post though and keep the receipt.
