Which address (merged threads)

hi everyone i have just reasonly had this situation come to my attention, so now im joining in, yea its dam out of order but we all need to stick together on this one, but for my question, what is the name of the person i sign the cheque to and the correct address, for both halifax and the natwest

I have just finished writing my first letter to the Halifax and I'm confused about the address.

This address seems a little strange as it doesn't state the name of the company, ie Halifax.
Also someone else has said on another tread that it is a different address is this the right one? and is it correct? or is something missing?

If you are sending the DPA request for your statements send it along with £10 cheque to;

Trinity Road
Halifax
West Yorkshire
HX1 2BR

All the addresses that we know of are in the first 2 posts of the Reclaim Help Thread, link in my signature. The first post is the address list for the Data Protection Act letter.

A lot of these addresses have been found by Googling, if the address you want isn't in the list please try Google, the same with phone numbers, I don't have a hot line to BT

Hi there.

I am looking for a bit of help.

This might sound as a silly question. When claiming back your bank charges what address do you send the letters too,

Is it the correspondence address, the head office address or the branch address.
